an awesome experience with Greenwood heating and home services. We had noticed the house was suddenly just cold and we were unable to get it heated up to a reasonable temperature. Furnace was operating but not well. I called another heating company and they couldn’t get out here until February 17. Greenwood squeezed in a diagnostic appointment same day/today. Dustin de la Rosa came in, checked everything out and got things back up to tiptop shape in short time. We will be contracting with them for an annual service from here on out A+.
The installers (Jordon and Noah) very promptly introduced themselves and promptly began their work of installing a new A/C unit. Very courteous and respectful, answering my questions.
Our Heat Pump gave up and quit after its 20 year life. Trusted the team at Greenwood Heating to present us with a reliable and economical replacement option. A quiet and new A/C system was installed the next day that works with our existing furnace. Their team did an excellent job for us. You can always depend on Greenwood for excellent services.
