I only get my nails done here and have always had a great experience. I honestly don’t understand the negative reviews. The salon is very clean and professional, and they always sanitize and wipe down their tools and workspace before each client. I’ve never had any concerns about cleanliness or safety.

The technicians are incredibly detail-oriented, talented, and take their time to make sure everything looks perfect. Booking is also super easy. You just text to schedule, and you can send inspiration photos ahead of time to confirm they can recreate the design you want. 5 weeks in and no chip! I have been getting my gel nails done from them for the past one year and they do a fanstastic job. The paint holds up so well and my nails don’t break. These are my natural nails btw. I am shocked by the low rating because these girls have been nothing but great.

I asked for a pretty complicated design and I think Destiny did a great job! Although I agree their customer service & scheduling practices could be improved (not really the fault of technicians), the quality of service is unparalleled in the area, especially for more unusual styles
