Great customer service!
I came in wondering if they did any makeup services, since I wanted to get my makeup done for graduation. Tyrns out they don't. Their receptionist noticed I got upset upon hearing this due to how stressed I was trying to find somewhere to go. She gave me some water and led me to a room to let me calm down and look up for other locations. She also tried to look for Makeup artists in the area for me as well, which was super sweet. She also kept reassuring me that no matter what, I'm still a beautiful person no matter what I look like at the end of the day.
I’ve been to see Seth for a cut twice now and will be back again. He actually listens and makes sure I leave with something that fits into my routine. Always lovely to chat with too. Highly recommend!
Seth is an absolute GEM of a colorist! I’ve been seeing them for years and always leave SO happy with my color. They’re incredible at taking my photos and ideas and bringing them to life - always in a way that complements my coloring AND keeps my hair healthy. They are also so much fun, incredibly kind, and are just generally a delight to spend a few hours with. Highly recommend seeing Seth for all your color needs!
