I am very happy with the service Ryan provided. My Toshiba laptop from 2013 was overheating and crashing hard. I thought it was the end of it's life. Ryan looked at it and found that it was full of dust and debris clogging the cooling ports. He took the whole thing apart and cleaned it out and had it returned to me the next day. Ryan Saves the Day!!
I woke up this morning to a failed hard drive, and a week's worth of work that needed to be done like yesterday. Ready to panic or cry or both, my husband called Ryan, who said to bring the laptop by and estimated he could have it diagnosed in 1-2 hours.
So, not only does he diagnose it in that time, he fixes it in Less than 4 hours, with a hard drive that was better than the original even. And the price was absolutely reasonable as well. I cannot praise this guy loudly enough. My laptop is my lifeline to my work, and Ryan kept me rolling in no time flat.
