When I was out of town for 6 weeks this summer, unfortunately my baby Cas had a stroke and started deteriorating rapidly. His cat sitters brought him to Greenlake several times for care, and I cannot express enough how supportive they were during this process.
Dr. Spencer went above in beyond, explaining things to me thoroughly over the phone, coming up with back up plans, and keeping me updated on his prognosis. She helped me decide which areas we needed to focus on for the short term and long term.

We've been at SVA for years. Their doctors are kind, smart, patient, and dedicated so I'm not sure what more you can ask for. I love that they have several locations so if we can't get an appointment at Green Lake (even though we usually can) they can usually get us in at another clinic not far away. We've been to Green Lake, Northwest, Ravenna, Queen Ann, and Richmond Beach. Our faves are Dr. Mortimer and Dr. Spencer but no shade at all to their other doctors. Highly recommend and so do our pups. They actually LOVE going to visit their vet friends!
We are so appreciative of this clinic seeing our pup quickly and resolving the problem. It was a tough day for her but she is feeling much better now. And thanks for calling to check on her the next day!
