Gravity Waterproofing and Drainage

Gravity Waterproofing and Drainage installed deep exterior perimeter drains for us after we noticed repeat standing water in our basement. Fernando and Tox arranged for Oscar and a stellar crew to complete the entire project in the week or so leading up to Christmas. The crew put in long hours through bad weather and the project took days longer than expected due to water flowing downhill onto the property, but Fernando stuck to his original quote. He even threw in two sump pumps for free when it became clear that our existing drainage line wasn't deep enough.

We had a significant exterior drainage project done by Gravity, and the end result has been excellent, as far as we can immediately tell. The system appears well-designed and expertly installed, and our property seems nicely improved. The crew worked hard, and the core technical work inspires confidence. I did need to ask for intermediate inspection points, which felt important given that this is buried infrastructure, but once I did, they were provided without complaint.

Fernando is extremely knowledgeable and his team did fantastic work for us. What started as a blocked downspout turned into a significantly more complicated project once our family learned that our home never had any appropriate drainage installed for storm runoff! A disappointing thing to learn during weeks of heavy rain and flooding.

Fernando was a very clear and patient communicator every step of the way as we evaluated how to best understand and manage our options. In the end we came up with a stormwater drainage and retention solution that we’re very happy with, which was executed extremely well at a very competitive price.
