I saw Rachel for 6 months for upper back and neck issues with great results. I really appreciated the collaborative approach and focus on looking at all areas of my life to help meet my personal goals for feeling better and being able to do the activities I love. Knowledgeable therapists, friendly and efficient front office staff, nice space, and flexible scheduling.

Josh was so awesome! I came in with extreme back pain and he quickly diagnosed the causes. He designed a treatment plan and helped educate me on better ergonomics. I have totally changed the way I move and lift and feel confident we took huge steps to solve a problem I’ve been dealing with for years. Appointments are easy to get and they worked with my insurance. I couldn’t be happier
