Amazing customer service! Genesee is the best propane company of any we've dealt with in over 30 years in our location. We have full confidence we will not run out of propane before winter storms, the delivery and office people are pleasant, and I so wish all other organizations we deal with were the same.

I've been using Genesee Energy off and on over several years, and consistently for the past two years. Lately I've found them to provide consistently reliable and outstanding service for my gas furnace. Their techs have been very knowledgeable, professional, and pleasant to work with.
Recently I've had a couple of issues that required same day service and they've been super responsive and helpful. Yesterday was Day 3 of an atmospheric river and somehow it triggered my seismic shutoff, causing all my gas to be turned off. I reset the shutoff but the furnace did not reset.
