Heather is a very friendly and easy to talk to and she has a lot of knowledge on what she is doing. She was also very patient with me during the process as I was having pain all through my procedure. She worked with me to help me be as comfortable as possible. I am not from Seattle so I do not get the opportunity for a second appointment but with just the 1st initial microblading session it looks great as we only concentrated on certain areas. She is more than willing to touch up or fix anything that might need to be done in the future when I see her next. Isn't that great!?
