******POSITIVE UPDATE******I want to update my review after seeing that I was not being ignored. Square hadn't communicated with the Owner and Manger. I received an apology both in my personal email and on here. I also was issued a full refund, which I feel is very kind and considerate since I never asked for one. I want to clarify, the provider I saw here doesn't appropriately represent the quality of their team and is no longer here. So I think it would be unfair to judge based off my original review (which was clearly emotionally charged). Nafia did an incredible job on my lashes. I had been getting them done at another lash place and when I came to her my lashes were in bad shape. She got them looking full and beautiful again. I would definitely recommend getting lashes done here. Plus the place is super cute!
I came to garden bar regularly for a little over a year. After a mixup with a gift card that I purchased, Robin the owner was extremely accommodating and made sure that my concerns were taken care of fairly. She is an extremely kind and caring business owner, and one I am proud to support!! In addition to her outstanding business ethics, the operations of the place run smoothly, the lash technicians are skilled, and the studio itself has great vibes!!
