We have 2 matching 8x10 Persian styled rugs by Thomasville. After 7 years, 3 dogs, and lots of foot traffic, they had gone from creams, blues, and pale grays to dull and stained (oily dog sleeping spots) and discolored (high traffic areas). One week after Fuzzy Wuzzy Rugs picked them up, they were delivered so clean they looked brand new. There had been one small area that had been under the leg of our dining room table that had retained its original colors, and the entire rug matched it and could no longer be found. Excellent experience, drapes picked up for cleaning, rehanging was challenging due to construction in the interim with several rings misplaced and screws lost. There was no additional charge for the extra work and I am very pleased with the cleaning.
My rug was picked up at one address,cleaned, and returned to another with no issues.. it was held a day longer as requested without an extra charge. The rug looks great and I am quite happy with the service.
