We have 2 matching 8x10 Persian styled rugs by Thomasville. After 7 years, 3 dogs, and lots of foot traffic, they had gone from creams, blues, and pale grays to dull and stained (oily dog sleeping spots) and discolored (high traffic areas). One week after Fuzzy Wuzzy Rugs picked them up, they were delivered so clean they looked brand new. There had been one small area that had been under the leg of our dining room table that had retained its original colors, and the entire rug matched it and could no longer be found. I have used Fuzzy Wuzzy for years and they always do a fabulous job on my rugs plus they pick up and deliver! What could be better! Personnel are also friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this business!
My throw rug is clean and fluffy and they did an amazing job on my velvet sofa cleaning. Not sure how they do it! But it’s spotless including a snail trail which occurred during storage. They are are honest - even telling me one of my rugs was just too broken to clean and refunding my money. That kind of honesty is refreshing and worth my continuing loyalty.
