We have 2 matching 8x10 Persian styled rugs by Thomasville. After 7 years, 3 dogs, and lots of foot traffic, they had gone from creams, blues, and pale grays to dull and stained (oily dog sleeping spots) and discolored (high traffic areas). One week after Fuzzy Wuzzy Rugs picked them up, they were delivered so clean they looked brand new. There had been one small area that had been under the leg of our dining room table that had retained its original colors, and the entire rug matched it and could no longer be found. I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service I received from Fuzzy Wuzzy Rugs, Lake City location. From start to finish, the company demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction.
When Fuzzy Wuzzy first came to pick up our rugs, one of the employees was rude to my husband. I spoke to the manager, Max about this and he handled the matter with fairness and professionalism. Max addressed the issue appropriately and ensured that I felt heard and respected. I chose FUZZY WUZZY based upon customer reviews, having no experience in carpet cleaning, never had carpeting. It started with an area rug, then the downstairs and stairs carpeting. No one forced me to use FUZZY WUZZY, I did this all on my own. Support a small business, support the best quality workmanship, if the cost of quality is too good to be true, then question why Excellent customer service, excellent representative who cleaned my carpet, Scott!
