Excellent as always. The staff are fantastic at their jobs. Beautifully done manicure. Gentle ways to take off the old polish, deal with cuticles, add oil to my hands are nice and soft and then painted on the nail polish. Plus, the staff are sweet and have outstanding customer service attitudes. I always go to Gigi. But I’ve also seen that the other staff look like they’re equally fantastic.

I went in for a manicure today , my first one in Seattle . I wanted a simple trim, clean-up, and removal of dead skin, and Gigi did an excellent job. My nails looked neat and well cared for !
I also got an underarm wax, and Mai was incredibly kind and gentle throughout the service. She made sure I was comfortable the entire time and carefully took care of ingrown hairs with so much patience and care.
The services were reasonably priced for the quality and attention I received. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!
