I stayed here for a conference and the staff and cleaning and downstairs bar were just great. It's a cozy atmosphere and the staff were extremely accommodating. I would stay here again in a second.
This is a fantastic hotel to stay at when visiting Seattle. The rooms were pristine and very comfortable, with great views of downtown and the bay. There is a heated pool and hot tub which were very pleasant in September and never crowded. We also enjoyed the restaurant and spa which were so worth it. What truly makes this hotel special were the staff, who sincerely cared about and catered to our every unique need during our visit. We are already planning our next trip to this and other FS properties!
What a nice place to stay. The staff was more than amazing, the valet service was as good as it gets and very easy to get to. Perfect location, also your room is always clean. They visit twice a day and refresh everything. It is pricey but if you want a special experience it's well worth it. I do wish they would have a refrigerator to put your stuff in. They have a honor bar but no room for any drinks you bring. A microwave would be nice also although I'm sure that's ghetto but just saying. We had leftovers from dinners almost every night and had to waste them. We would still return and highly recommend staying here.
