Really wonderful place to stay. The front desk service, thanks to Deanna, was absolutely phenomenal. My family can be a pain to deal with and she did it seamlessly. Thank you for making our trip wonderful ❤️
We were having a particularly tough week and called the hotel to go over a few details about our reservation. From the very first moment, Lynn was incredibly empathetic and kind. She made me feel like a truly valued guest and genuinely welcome before we had even checked in.
I later learned that this Kimpton operates with a small, close-knit team that regularly supports one another, and it really shows. What surprised me most was discovering that Lynn is actually part of the finance team. I never would have guessed, as her customer service, warmth, and professionalism were exceptional.

That I stayed kimpton location and I was very pleasantly surprised. The overall decor of the hotel was quite nice and the overall experience was elevated from the excellent service of the daytime staff. The two ladies at the front desk, LTanya and Amal were great. We had a lot of fun conversations and they really made the stay better for me.
