Neal is one of the best bike fitters in the Seattle area. I went to a few bike fitters to figure out my cramping issue. His thoroughness was amazing....it improved my bike time in 70.3's by 30 minutes!! One of the best and I would recommend him to anyone.

Neal resolved some long standing issues with my bike fit that was causing my discomfort on and off the bike. Been able to increase training volume and intensity without disruptions post-fit.

Two excellent recent experiences with Neal Goldberg at Footworks Cycles prompted me to do something I never do, write a review. At the first visit he fitted me for a pair of bicycling shoes. I knew my feet were wide, but he determined that they were low volume (who knew?) and recommended a a pair of shoes that fit me better than any shoes I have had, ever, not just biking shoes. When my wife got a new bicycle I tried adjusting it to relieve pressure on her hands, but this only led to oddly configured bars and saddle, an assortment of stems, and no relief.
