My experience with Floors PLUS NW was fantastic. It is a family run business and all members were so very helpful. Their selection in flooring is broad and I found my choice with help from Luis and Lilliana fairly quickly. The entire process with my contractor and them went really well. I LOVE my new flooring! It is as we expected very warm and lovely! I would go back to them in a heartbeat. I Highly recommend them.
Their team recently redid the floors in our downstairs apartment, including replacing ancient carpet in some sticky spaces and on narrow stairs, and they did a simply fantastic job! From our first consultation to project delivery right on schedule, we had a tremendous experience. Highly recommend!
WOWxbillions! There may be less expensive places from which to purchase your flooring, although Floors Plus NW was certainly within reasonably priced peramters or you might choose to attempt do-it-yourself flooring projects, but no option comes closer to the friendly, welcoming efficient, responsive and all-around pleasing experience of going to Luis;s and Liliana’s Floors Plus Northwest store right here in West Seattle. We’ve are moving into a new condo and are doing a number of upgrades. Among the many vendors for a variety of projects who have chosen NOT to respond to our requests for upgrades advise, this company was a bright and shining star! We are so happy... read full review
