Floor Coverings International provides professional flooring installation and in-home design consultations in Central Seattle, offering hardwood, luxury vinyl plank, carpet, tile, and laminate. As a local company, they bring a Mobile Showroom with curated samples to the customer's door, allowing colors and textures to be seen in the customer's own lighting and décor. The team manages the entire process with clear communication and careful craftsmanship. Customers report beautiful new carpet and flooring, with amazing installers and staff who are super helpful and fun to work with. One reviewer described an experience where an employee went above and beyond, being the most accommodating, responsive, patient, and understanding person they have ever worked with for home remodeling. This employee handled a mold issue under bathroom flooring, was friendly and genuine during the assessment, and was not pushy when the customer needed time to get other bids. The team completed the floor replacement in a day, leaving zero mess, and even replaced baseboards and quarter rounds, sealing everything up. The floors looked amazing, and the employee and worker hustled. Another customer found the service extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and clear, even for a project already underway. I was so anxious about removing our carpet and replacing It with hardwood. We were moving into a new place and couldn’t really start settling in until the floors were done. Timing and quality were everything! Scott exceeding every expectation at every turn. What he promised as a two day job turned into one. When an issue came up with supply, Scott immediately dealt with it so that the project wasn’t even delayed. I’m so grateful to him and this company. We’ll be using them anytime we need our floors updated in the future.
When I tell you that Scott went above and beyond, please know that is an UNDERSTATEMENT. This man was the most accommodating, responsive, patient and understanding person I’ve ever worked with for any kind of home remodeling work ever. My husband and I bought a flipped home last year only to discover after about 6 months that the flippers failed to install a vapor barrier underneath the bathroom flooring so we were pretty surprised when mold started growing out from between the floorboards. I spoke with Scott to get advice on a flooring project we are doing. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and explained things so clearly, helping me out even though our project was already underway. I will absolutely call them if we need flooring help in the future!
