I had the pleasure of training with Ron for over two years. Over the course of my time training, I’ve felt so much stronger in everything I do. He really takes the time to understand what I want to work on, gives me challenging exercises, and modifies if need be. Flex is a great place to train!

This was my first time going to a personal trainer, and I can say without a doubt that I am glad I did. With the help of Ron (The Owner), I learned how to work out and diet correctly.
