Participants fill out questionnaires to be considered for studies, and the agency works with clients to find suitable individuals. The agency is known for its well-organized and professional approach. Fieldwork Seattle also has a beautiful facility in Seattle with accommodating staff. They are willing to work within clients' budgets.
I've participated in many studies for them over the years. Pre-Covid times had a lot more opportunities than now, or else they just have a huge database and I don't qualify as much. Either way, they validate parking (easy to access on the bus), usually provide a snack/beverage, I've never had any issue with payment and the staff has always been kind.
Participated in a focus group and thoroughly enjoyed myself. The staff were super friendly and helpful. I hope to be able to participate again. The only thing I would change is the payout time. Other than that great experience.
Fieldwork is a legitimate agency. It's important that you understand that they may have a client who is looking for specific things and therefore you'll fill out a questionnaire and you won't hear from them. I only wish there computer systems were just a bit more sophisticated. They will send a questionnaire out to people who are signed up for them and they ask you to type in your name and address and all of that again they should populate the form.
