We had an appointment/consultation over the phone. I thought the initial consultation went well. He made it seem like he could easily help me with my taxes. I emailed him all of my documents over that same night or the next day. I followed up with the IRS as requested but ran into a roadblock. I called Brandon and left a message and emailed him with my questions and I NEVER received a callback or an email. I would have understood if he was too busy to take on my taxes or just wasn't able to assist me, but I just don't understand or appreciate the lack of response.
