Ener-G’s Texas Toast is a TOTAL GAME CHANGER!!! I had to go gluten-free about three years ago and ever since, I’ve struggled to find a bread that doesn’t fall apart or taste like cardboard. Their Texas Toast meets the criteria — it’s delicious in that it tastes like “normal” bread and it stays intact! Finally! I’m already going through a loaf a week on my own. Definitely my go-to bread from here on out!

They have a brown rice, low sodium bread that is good toasted and it works for my diet! Each slice only has 25 mg. of sodium. I have to order it from their facility in Seattle, Washington as I can no longer find it locally!
