Madeline at ECA made my very first workout experience amazing. From the start, she made me feel comfortable and confident in the gym. She took the time to teach me how to properly use the equipment, explained everything clearly, and helped me understand both workouts and nutrition.
She created realistic goals for me, along with a workout plan and a nutrition plan that I’m actually excited to follow. You can tell she truly cares about helping people succeed and not just going through the motions. I couldn’t have asked for a better first experience highly recommend Madeline to anyone starting their fitness journey or looking to level up.
