Zachary did a quick, safe, and efficient job diagnosing our chronic outlet issue and running a new circuit and new outlet. He also noted some important safety updates during his investigation and took care of them as well. Thanks to Zachary and Erika for the quick scheduling and resolution!
Eco is great to work with. They responded quickly, worked with me to get an appointment scheduled that worked and showed up on time and professionally. The tech (Sam) was professional and took the time to explain their processes, show me what was causing my issues and offered multiple options to consider. Unfortunately the issue is going to cost us a bit more AND take a bit of time, but I think we have a trusted partner in Eco to get the job done. I appreciate that the fees for this inspection and evaluation are removed from the quote if we go with them on the work.
Jordan was absolutely amazing. Explained everything perfectly and easy to understand. He repaired two EV outlet for me on the day of inspection. You can tell he truly loves his job and that is the type of people I’d trust when it comes to important electrical things. I’d recommend him to anyone 11/10 times
