Dr. Wang & Associates provides top-notch optometry services, offering a range of treatments including contact lens examinations, fittings, and general eye care. The team of professionals, including doctors and opticians, prioritize patient care and attention to detail. They are efficient, kind, and helpful, taking the time to thoroughly explain treatments and answer questions. Dr. Wang is awesome and friendly, able to get patients in same day even with a last minute trip. He listens to the issues patients have been experiencing and takes time to evaluate their needs for computer glasses and progressive glasses. The people working there are very nice and attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly, helping people that stopped by having just some questions about their glasses. The office also accepts various insurance carriers and discount plans. Dr. Wang & Associates offers a pleasant and professional experience, making it a recommended destination for eye care.
Dr. Wang is very kind and patient. He helped me with my concerns of hereditary eye diseases and the testing was comfortable and easy. The representative at Target Optical were then very helpful with my lenses and frames choices. Great customer service and knowledgeable about my insurance plan. I probably had the best vision examination so far! I was seen by Dr. Goldberg and mentioned to her my particular vision correction goal (mono vision). She took time to clearly explain the implications and answered all of my concerns. On the retail side, the staffs were very accommodating, allowing me to use my own favorite frame from a previous purchase. All and all it was an excellent experience!
I have a great experience getting my new prescription. The doctor was very friendly, helpful, and answered all my questions. People working there were very nice, not just to me. Also, I see them helping people that stopped by having just some questions about their glasses. I highly recommend them!
