Lyn is super sweet and great for Waxing, Eyebrows or Acrylic Nails. She's often asking how her work is coming along, ensuring your satisfaction. I found that QA doesn't have exceptionally great nail salons but this location is okay if you get Lyn or Mai. If you don't get them, then unfortunately you may be an unsatisfied customer. I've gotten a couple pedicures here and each time it's been pretty terrible from the other staff. For some reason the other nail techs here are below average in their services. The prices are really good though especially for QA.

Conflicted. First experience of a fresh dip with tips was stellar. Second visit, I got someone else and communication was very difficult so I used picture examples to convey every step.I asked for a dip removal with either shellac (if my nails had grown out enough) or new dip/tips put on. I got acrylic, which I don’t like. It was done well, but not what I asked for. I showed an example of round edges when asked what shape. I got square. Again, I showed a picture. This time of French tips polish. The base neutral polish was applied. No white tips, and I was quickly ushered out because another customer had been waiting for awhile. The process took 2.5 hours. I've been getting my lashes done here by Thanh for years. She always does an amazing job! I've had the other lash artist do them also and she's also great. They are always busy with clients so I know I'm not the only one who loves them. The only thing is calling to book with the front desk doesn't work you have to text the lash artist directly (+1 (206) 769-1239) she's always responsive and will quickly get you booked. I would never go anywhere else. I like my lashes to be more on the natural side and she always does it perfect.
