Dez was great. She was very informative about each step during the facial, afterwards even asking if I really wanted to skip the foot massage or not. Her massage pressure was very good and my skin looked great after the treatment. She also checked in with me multiple times during the 90 minutes, asking how I was doing, if the pressure was good, etc. She definitely cares about her customers.She did have another client while I was there, but managed the time well between the two of us (e.g. applied my mask, left the room to work on the other client's hair for 10 minutes, came back to check on me, etc.). Amazing, amazing, amazing! Dez is literally the sweetest person. She makes me feel so good and welcome. I am not the beat when it comes to the pain with waxing and she makes my experience 10x better. Love her!!! So great!

I went into this spa for a facial package and Tiffany was absolutely amazing! She was very welcoming and knowledgeable, giving good suggestions and options for the skin concerns I stated. I felt wonderfully renewed walking out of there.
