Everyone there shows a level of care that is rare these days. I think they are the nicest salon around. Clean, polite, attentive. Ruby and team is world class, ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We have been going to Bay Nails (now Ruby’s Nails) for several years. We always get terrific pedicures and manicures, the staff is very friendly (and it’s had the same staff for as long we’ve been going) and punctual, they have terrific warm towels and gels they use in conjunction with the services, they have terrific massage chairs, and everything was recently upgraded where it’s high quality and bright and cheerful. We also love watching the travel videos on the screen :)

Please! The lighting you installed is awful (having worked at a lighting lab, I can tell you high intensity LEDs will not only give your customers headaches and need for color corrected vision once they walk out, your staff will be harmed by experiencing such harsh lighting all day long. PLEASE for the love of god and your customers/staff sake cover them with WARM tinted covers or replace them.
