Jamie Clayton is an absolute treasure. She is smart and knowledgeable. I credit her completely with helping me through a healthy vegan pregnancy, guiding me during breastfeeding, and teaching me how to feed my baby his first foods. I think she’s the best and I highly recommend her.

I was hesitant to start going to a nutritionist. Hesitant because I knew my issues with food weren’t just “eat more veg and you’ll be fine”. They were deeper, and I had been unwilling to excavate them for far too long. But I selected my nutritionist (hey girl), and am forever better because of it. I have found someone who sees me, understands me, meets me where I am at and has aided me in having my healthiest relationship with food ever. I don’t ever feel ashamed for having negative thoughts about food or my body, but am encouraged to find the root of them.
