I've been making an attempt to get a hold of these people and nothing for weeks. I recieved a letter stating I would be getting a check and nothing. I've been moved out for over a month and a half. Their lack of communication is beyond me.

Update: your reply is comical . If I could get help at my local office I would not have posted this review!!Can’t get a call back to save my life. Can’t get maintenance issues taken care of. No way to leave a message specifically for our complex and no after hours emergency contact. Absolutely terrible management company. DON’T RENT FROM THEM.

I've lived at one of the properties they own for nearly 2 years. While the staff has always been friendly, the management and owners refuse to make necessary safety upgrades (better locks, security cameras, changing door codes, entrance repairs), ignore when I have repeatedly reported thefts within the building and the presence of total strangers (non-residents, not delivery people) obtaining access to the building (looking through peoples mail/packages/front door steps), and also refuse to make proper repairs to consistent building issues such as leaks.
