It's right across the street from where I live, and although someone warned me not to go, I thought "how bad can it be? It's just a manicure!" Ughhhhh worst manicure ever. Very sloppy, with polish on the skin, a bubble on one nail and some type of weird waves on others, very uneven finish. The lady was not paying attention and I often caught her looking at the TV! Also, I think her light machine is broken as it would go off after only a few seconds. Never again.
My beautiful full foil highlight by Nee, the owner of this salon! She uses only high quality products and is so fast at foils! The color is vibrant and lasts! This is my 3rd time here. After searching for a salon in North Seattle, I've found my new salon for sure!
I would give minus 5 if I could! The lady who did my shellac mani not only cut my finger (picture attached) but NEVER even said sorry - I felt like she actually tried to blame it on me... So, Like few other reviewers, I also tried to redeem my Groupon. Want to try them as its not too far from my house. When I called to make appointment, as soon as I mentioned Groupon, the lady who does the nails was really abrupt and rude, claiming that she was fully booked for 2 weeks - yeah, right? That nail salon never looks busy! So, I need to work around her schedule. On the day of my appointment, came on time, was greeted by a grin, not a smile and hi, she knows who I was and said "you came for shellac?". Already had bad feeling. Then she saw I had a little old shellac still on my nails, so she told me she will need to charge $5 extra. She was using this spinning sanding tools to remove the old shellac, which is the lazier way to do it... Most other place will do it differently, more work but safe for your nails and fingers. She was really clumsy and hurt a couple of my fingers before she cut one - it bleed a bit but sting really bad - NO sorry from her and tried to blame it on me! Not only I would never going back there, but I also won't recommend that place to anyone I know. There are too many other nail salons that would welcome you with smile and provide great service and charge the same or even less than this place!
