Now for days, with just a little leave in conditioner at the end of a shower, my curls are defined and my hair does not turn into a tangled, frizzy mess. All air dry friendly! They dry cut my hair, then washed it, then cut it again, and then dried it, styled it, and triple checked their work after styling. They asked me about how I usually style my hair, and adjusted what they did based on that. They blended what I asked for with their own professional knowledge to give me a haircut I love.
