The customer service is fantastic! Zac and Owen are wonderful to work with. I tried a new kind of lens for my glasses, and while they didn’t work for me, I appreciated Zac helping me get them right. The choices for frames at Coopers Optique are great - there is something for everyone!

I really enjoyed my experience working with Cooper's Optique. I love the one-on-one consultation and how flexible they were trying to incorporate my insurance. I love my new glasses! I only tried about 10 frames on but it was the first pair that got me. They're communication is excellent. They're certainly not the cheapest place to buy frames and lenses but when you wear something every single day you want to look good and have a quality product. I'll be back.

I had an excellent experience with Coopers Optique. Awesome space and very welcoming, friendly team. Incredibly customer-service oriented. Definitely your new go-to spot in Ballard (and worth driving to if you don’t live in the area ?).
