David the tech or repairman was old school incredible. Straight forward with questions, and very knowledgeable, had a tool kit of every type of tool needed. Diagnosed and Fixed the problem with thermostat and fan for freezer quickly and price quoted before work was price paid . I recommend David for any appliance repair but especially older (6+years) Samsung refrigerators and freezers.Thank you again David

David K was very courteous, took off his shoes at the door, explained the problem and repair needed, gave me tips for maintenance, was open to questions and gave me honest answers. He kept me informed of his arrival time, nice touch. If there was any negative, it was that he needed to order the part, which required over a week, but it was not an issue, my fridge worked intermittently. I definitely would recommend his services again.

I called Complete Repair in the morning regarding a repair to a Maytag Neptune washing machine. David and assistant were literally there that afternoon. They confirmed the issue (a door lock!) was repairable. The part took a couple of days, then David was back to install and repair the machine. WOW!! Oh, WOW!! Knowledgeable technicians and great service!! Complete Repair is in my speed dial for any future repair.
