We worked with Jannette Patterson to sell our Seattle condo in the Spire building. There is a lot of competition in the building, but Jannette was able to sell our unit the same weekend we listed it! Great office location between the troll and a portion of the Burke Gilman with several park benches and tables along the water. The office staff here is friendly, attentive, and proactive! Office has a really cool modern vibe but urban under the Aurora bridge ON Troll Ave! It represents Fremont very well - it’s next to my favorite record store and my tattoo artist but surrounded by so much influential and progressive tech/businesses! For the brokerage as a whole, it’s impressive how much the in-house tech helps agents serve their clients.
