Arianna is very talented and passionate about what she does. It was very easy to communicate to her the color and "look" I was wanting and more importantly how I wanted to feel about myself. It's so nice to talk with her and be seen. I felt that for the first time in a long time, when sitting in her chair, I was talking to someone that actually wanted to help me feel beautiful and was able to genuinely share her professional ideas with me on what it was I was asking for. My prior experience in others places was they were not able to have a conversation with me.
