I'm new to the Seattle Greenwood area and had needed a good haircut after moving/travelling over the past 3 months and found Salon Mercury in the neighborhood I was staying/living. I happen to walk into to the Salon to see if I could make an appointment, and Heidi responded to me of her availability. I came back at the time scheduled and showed Heidi a photo of a hairline/style I was looking for and she detailed what she needed to do to achieve the length and shape. An hour later I walked out of the salon feeling I got one of the best cuts and service, and felt lucky to have met Heidi. She is a good listener and and an experienced hairstylist!
