Now, it's the rental property that Cobalt tackled, and I'm here to tell you that they did a fantastic job restoring the century-old house into something worth buying as an owner-occupant! They did such a great job in currying favor with the neighbors by being considerate and tidy, they managed to do the renovation without any damage to the mature landscaping and gardens we'd spent a decade on, and I almost want to buy another fixer for Cobalt to rehab for us!

We used Cobalt Construction for a major remodel of our Wallingford Bungalow. From the start, the experience working with Brian and his team was great. He was thorough in his bid process and spent the time to make a complete bid so we could make a good decision. We had a good feeling when he got one of his subcontractors to come by as the electrical part of our job was extensive. We just finished a basement remodel, and we're extremely happy with the process and the results!Brian and Kyle were always very responsive whenever we had questions, and were also great at updating us on what was coming up. This was especially important when Covid-19 hit, and we really appreciated how they came up with a contingency plan (accessing our basement through a window instead of coming through the house). We always felt like we knew what was going on, and had control over the decisions.The end result was all that we expected!
