We worked with Austin from Charter Construction on a particularly tricky and sensitive project involving water damage across three vertically stacked condo units. The homeowners had already been through a lot and were anxious to get back into their homes, and Austin handled the entire situation with exceptional care and professionalism.
He came out right away, quickly captured all the requirements, assembled the right crew, and executed the work exactly on schedule as promised.
