Cesar Tugade Beauty School

I've been going to Cesar Tugade's Hair Salon for a very long time now since the day his shop was at 14th & Boren Ave then off 15th & Beacon Ave and his current location on MLK Way South by the Safeway Store off Othello Street in South Seattle. At this current time he only does by appointments only but told me he does occasional walk-ins during this pandemic time. His employees when I've been there are wearing masks. But I was there tonight and there were a couple of young kids and another person not wearing masks. Four other people were there wearing masks but not staying 6 feet apart. Neighborhood secret: ask for Daisy the nail technician, formerly from Julep where her regular clients were the bold-face philanthropists of the Seattle/Bellevue area. She does wonders with the cuticles and made my hands look 20 years younger. I only have Cesar cut my hair, he's very experienced, quick and good. You can't argue with the price. Allow for plenty of time and just understand that this is a spa experience for your WALLET.
