The Asian couple who used to work there (and I think owners?) are so nice, adorable and friendly that I’ve been a happy loyal customer, but the new people are just the complete opposite. I’ve given it a few chances now since they left but each time the new lady just seemed so annoyed by customers for no reason.

The last straw was when I went to pick up my scheduled dry clean and she just told me she couldn’t find it/it’s not there. After locating it eventually (which turns out to be basically at the front), she blamed the clothing for being too long (?). They didn’t let me know that my midi leather skirt would cost $70. When I dropped it off the lady working told me she didn’t know how much it would cost. I would have appreciated an estimate :(
Extremely sad because this was a skirt I had thrifted for $10 and this was my first time getting something dry cleaned

I have been going here for a very long time. They are fantastic! It's not just dry cleaning, she (a very nice lady) and her husband do all sorts of alterations and repairs. I can't sew a button back on without breaking down and weeping in frustration, so I am glad they are just down the street! Their turnaround time is great, and their prices are reasonable. I was talking to her today; they have been there for 21 years! That says a lot, especially for Seattle. Highly recommended!
