Absolutely adore everything that I’ve ordered here. My best friend lives in Seattle and this is my favorite place to spoil her. The flowers are stunning, fresh and beautifully arranged. The gift baskets have incredible local items from some of our favorite places. And the deliveries are always so smooth! I only wish I could order for myself!!
I purchased a six month small bouquet for my mom and she LOVES them! They even accepted custom requests for my mother who loves bright and colorful combinations. I went looking for a florist who specializes in locally grown flowers and Campanula Design does just that. There is a modern look to their creations but not to the extreme. The ordering, paying and delivery process went smoothly and naturally. A very professional service with an artistic and eco-conscious product. This is my second major purchase with them and I plan on returning every year for another 6 month subscription.
I’ve dealt with Campanula for years, and I can honestly say that their artistic products are exquisite (be it floral arrangements or gift baskets, and everything in between). But as good as their products are, their customer service is the best I’ve ever experienced. I put it down to the owner, Melissa. She is beyond good service: she is deeply kind, and has left me feeling a number of times that she makes the world a nicer, gentler, and more lovely place by her presence. Thank you! You have a customer for life. (This small arrangement was a last minute gift for a beloved young family member starting her cancer treatment, and it meant so much to everyone involved!)
