    I love this place so much. I have been coming here for about 3 months now. It took a while to get used to the heat but now I look forward to the classes. The instructors are so nice and make classes fun. Definitely give it a try!

    Absolutely , 1 of my favorite past times , i did the beginner 5 class session so i could try all 3 classes , Pilates , breathe power , and breathe hot and i love them all . So definitely gonna do the membership , i love the fact that you can attend all 3 studios or different class times based on your own personal schedule . They make sure to give options

    I’ve started going here 5-6 days a week. If you’re looking for a new studio, this is the place! Each teacher has their own approach to class, and it lets you tailor your practice to what works for you:Alexis’ classes on Monday are funny, high energy, and let you progress to a monthly peak pose. Super fun!Cecilia’s Tuesday classes are so well structured, you can consistently measure your progress. My first class here was with her and I can’t recommend them enough!Wednesdays, I go to Jay’s Calm class.
