Binyon Oak Tree Family Vision

I called and got an appointment the next day for an initial eye exam, Shannon at the front desk worked wirh me and took the time to call my insurance (most places dont put an ounce of effort into this) and was able to apply my difficult insurance to the visit during my exam. My exam was extremely thorough. I've never had that many tests done in one visit. Dr. Wong was able to update my prescription AND identify both astigmatism and a retinal hole that no other doctor took the time to find. I'm very impressed with the level detail she took in my exam and level of care throughout the appointment. Highly recommend!

Dr. Wong and Shannon provided excellent care. I scheduled an appointment for the same week. Dr. Wong spent over an hour on my exam, answered all my questions, and asked if I had any more. Her answers were thorough and prescriptive advice was accompanied with reasoning. I also appreciated their thorough cleaning of instruments and glasses.

My previous optometrist closed their office, so I had to find a new vision center. I had my first appointment at Binyon Oak Tree yesterday and it was a pleasurable visit. Dr. Wong was very warm and friendly to converse with. She was thorough with running tests, explained results in a clear manner and answered any questions I had.The office is located in a strip mall, and the waiting area isn't anything glamorous, but don't let that sway you away from scheduling an appointment here. Their selection of frames is somewhat small, so I'll be looking elsewhere, but I also didn't feel pressured. They're also still prioritizing hygienic Covid practices.... read full review
