This isn't one of those frilly, only white women with blonde highlight Utah curl having staff that charges $75 for a women's cut... There is one chair, one stylist, only cash is accepted, absolutely no frills. That's how I knew it was gonna be good. I showed her a few photos of what I had in mind and she got to work.
