Aaron came out to our house to install door hardware (after we had a bad experience with someone else from another company that was unable to do it). He was nice, efficient, and he did a great job. These guys are wonderful! We had a theft that included keys to our house, I was of course very concerned. They were able to come out the same day I called and rekeyed the house (6 locks total), at a very reasonable price. I called two other places before these guys, and was given the runaround on pricing and time of arrival. Ballard Lock & Key showed up at a great time, finished the job quickly, did a quality job (one of the deadbolts actually works better now than it did before!) and charged us exactly what they quoted. Love these guys!

What a great place. I was in a rush and needed to get a c9100 mailbox lock and was unable to get one anywhere else. They stayed an extra 10 minutes so I was able to get the lock. Great customer service!
