I requested the company to review my request for representation in a case of infraction of Washington's Power of Attorney law. About a week afterwords I got a short reply from Mr. Turner that told me they declined my case. It also advised me about statute of limitation laws. The infraction which violated the law occurred only five or so days prior to my inquiry. I had to wonder how a statute of limitations could apply. Since I was not given an opportunity to ask in the email format I was sent, I had to assume that Mr. Turner could not be bothered to even reply to the right case. Quite rude and unprofessional I thought.
