In this studio, you are seen. Pilates is taught to your body and taught so your body can get stronger and more flexible. The teachers are incredible, and each brings their expertise to create an experience of healthy growth and development…..even for those of us aging.
I've been a client of Atlas since Teresa opened her doors, and have worked with Teresa and Danielle for over 25 years (!) Atlas Pilates is without question, an exceptionally knowledgable, classic Pilates studio: expert, insightful, supportive, kind. Ardent recommendation for Atlas.
My instructor (Ray) is very knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and easy going. He catches and pays very close attention to all the fine details. I've attended a couple of classes so far, and I plan on continuing. The 1:1 class has been great. I'd been looking for traditional Pilates that involves equipment, and this place is it. I highly recommend this place!
