Ryan and Mike, from Armata Construction Services, arrived to visit and inspect a condominium unit that had sustained damage from a burst water line and remediation project (flood cuts, flooring removed, fixtures and appliances removed, drywall and insulation removed, etc.).
They mapped out a plan for restoring the unit that agreed with the insurance team, as well as the owner, working under a specific time frame, at designated hours. An estimate was built through Xactimate, that contained a detailed breakdown of items and costs that would need to be addressed.

Armata helped us with two claims over $1 million each. One a fire and the other a flood from a broken sprinkler pipe. We had used Armata before these claims but they really helped us navigate these large claims and made the process so much easier. They understand what to do and when to do it.
